How to pay

Order processing
Your order will be processed and shipped only after your payment has been confirmed. Please note that bank transfers can take some time to process. We advise you to send a payment confirmation to slembapottery@gmail.com to speed up the process.
Bank fees
The total amount must be paid in full. You are responsible for any bank fees associated with the transfer.
International customers
If you are an international customer, please ensure the payment is made in EUR and that the payment is sent as a “OUR” transaction to cover all bank charges.
